Megatop completed approximately 19,172 m² of industrial flooring works for a vegetable oil processing factory in Pasir Gudang. The project involved the installation of Vebrocrete MF polyurethane concrete flooring at the ground and first floor areas, with system thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 5 mm depending on the operational requirements of each area. The flooring system provides a seamless, smooth and matt finish with good resistance against chemicals, impact and daily industrial wear. The project also included the application of an epoxy seal coating system for selected areas, together with approximately 3,000 metres of 50 mm high mortar coving along wall and floor edges to improve hygiene, cleanliness and ease of maintenance. The completed flooring system is designed to provide a durable, hygienic and easy-to-maintain surface, making it suitable for the demanding conditions of a vegetable oil processing and food-related manufacturing environment. |
