A 3mm HACCP International certified polyurethane flooring system was applied across approximately 2,053m² within the production area, following proper substrate assessment and surface preparation.
The system provides a seamless and smooth finish with resistance to organic acids, diluted mineral acids, vegetable and animal fats, petroleum oils, solvents, and general operational wear.
These properties make the flooring suitable for sauce and condiment production areas exposed to food ingredients, oils, cleaning chemicals, and frequent wash-down activities.
