4mm Heavy-Duty Self-Smoothing Polyurethane Flooring System
A heavy-duty self-smoothing polyurethane flooring system was installed within an edible oil manufacturing facility to provide a durable, seamless, and hygienic surface suitable for demanding food production operations.
Following proper substrate assessment and surface preparation, a 4mm thick polyurethane flooring system was applied across approximately 2,200m² to achieve a smooth, seamless, and easy-to-maintain finish.
The flooring system provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals, oils, moisture, and general operational wear. Its seamless construction also supports effective cleaning and hygiene management, making it well suited for edible oil processing and food manufacturing environments.
The completed flooring delivers long-term durability, reliable surface protection, and low-maintenance performance while supporting the operational and hygiene requirements of the production facility.
