Megatop carried out approximately 15,643 m² of flooring and coating works for the production, warehouse and pedestrian areas of a new manufacturing factory in Senai.
The main production and warehouse areas were installed with a 4mm heavy-duty self-smoothing polyurethane flooring system, with floor milling and grinding carried out as part of the substrate preparation.
The pedestrian walkway areas were finished with a two-component water-based epoxy coating system, together with traffic yellow line markings.
The project also included approximately 2,000 m.run of UV-resistant polyurethane line marking for pedestrian and traffic guidance areas.
The completed flooring systems provide durable, seamless and practical surfaces suitable for demanding industrial operations.
