The existing concrete substrate was mechanically prepared by floor grinding to remove surface contaminants, weak laitance, and irregularities, while creating the required surface profile for coating adhesion.
A 3-layer solvent-free high-build epoxy flooring system was then applied across approximately 1,944m² within the production area.
The system provides a smooth and seamless finish with resistance to abrasion, chemicals, oils, and general operational wear, suitable for light to semi-medium duty manufacturing operations.
