Conductive ESD Flooring and 3mm Self-Smoothing Polyurethane Flooring Systems
Multiple high-performance flooring systems were installed across the warehouse and production areas of an industrial facility to meet different operational, safety, and performance requirements.
For designated production areas, a conductive ESD flooring system was applied to provide controlled electrostatic discharge protection. The system is designed to dissipate static electrical charges through the flooring surface, making it suitable for environments where sensitive equipment, electronic components, or static-sensitive operations require additional protection.
Within the warehouse areas, a 3mm thick self-smoothing polyurethane flooring system was installed to provide a seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface capable of supporting regular material handling, storage activities, and operational traffic.
Covering a combined area of approximately 14,090m², the flooring works provide excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals, moisture, and general industrial wear. The completed systems deliver reliable long-term surface protection while addressing the specific functional requirements of both production and warehouse environments.
