3mm Heavy-Duty Self-Smoothing Polyurethane Flooring System
A heavy-duty self-smoothing polyurethane flooring system was installed at a Chery automotive service centre to provide a durable, seamless, and easy-to-maintain surface suitable for vehicle servicing and maintenance operations.
Following proper substrate assessment and surface preparation, a 3mm thick polyurethane flooring system was applied across approximately 547m² to create a smooth and robust floor finish capable of supporting regular vehicle movement, workshop equipment, and daily service activities.
The flooring system provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, oils, chemicals, moisture, and general operational wear commonly encountered within automotive workshop environments. Its seamless construction also facilitates easier cleaning and maintenance while helping to protect the underlying concrete substrate.
